The New Year (The Year of the Tucson Shooter).

The New Year. This year was suppose to be a better year for everyone, but someone decided against it when he went on a shooting rampage just eight days into the new year killing six and injuring fourteen others. Now is that the way to start out a better year? He was mad, he thought Politicians were brain-washing him, he didn't believe in anything, or he didn't like the answers he was given about life. Either way he still chose to take it out on us. His fellow Americans. He chose to end his life. He might not have killed himself or been killed while killing others, but his life is over. He ended his life the minute he chose to attack his fellow Americans. He chose to hurt those who he thought were hurting him. Now he has to suffer the consequences of his actions. In the aftermath of this horrible act of violence I hope that everyone will never forget the people who lost their lives, or those who were injured by this, because as Americans this will effect all of us. This was an act of Domestic Terrorism. Hopefully now we can stand together as one nation. Without killing each other. Without these acts of violence. So as we move forward, and hopefully we move in the right direction instead of continuing in the direction of Domestic Violence, we will learn to stop killing each other. My deepest condolences go out to to family and friends who lost loved ones in this tragic event. To those who stopped the gunman thank you.
